The Alumni House is a small building built in 1840 that is currently used as a campus cafe. Years of neglect and a fire left the building in poor condition. VBA conducted a Landmarks Report, detailing the building's existing condition and the proposed repairs. The project includes the restoration of the wood windows, exterior woodwork and the main entrance. VBA was also commissioned to renovate the interior and create a new plaza at the rear of the building.
