VBA was asked to completely renovate the federally funded Inwood House: The Family Learning Center provides comprehensive residential care for pregnant foster teens and learning opportunities for the entire family.   The scope of work includes a complete restructuring of the buildings administration and on site programs.  The renovation also includes new building plumbing, HVAC, and ADA compliance.  A new addition and roof terrace will be added to the rear of the building.
